SD card checker
Check your update card before you flash
Most failed MIB updates start with the card: a folder copied one level too deep, a file missing from a half-finished extraction, or firmware for a different unit. Drop the card here and it is checked against its own metainfo2.txt.
- metainfo2.txt sits at the root of the card, not inside a folder
- Every file and folder metainfo2.txt lists is on the card, with the right size
- Optional SHA-1 checksum check of every file against metainfo2.txt
- No file is too big for FAT32, and no hidden macOS or Windows files are left over
- The firmware train matches the head unit saved on your account
Runs in your browser. Your files are read on this device and never uploaded.
Drop your SD card or update folder here
Pick the card itself, or the folder whose contents you will copy onto it.
A clean result means the card matches its package, not that the package is right for your car. Read the full train on the unit's version screen first, and see how to flash safely.
